WLH MANAGEMENT & RESORTS, SRL, is a company of the WLHRE HOLDING SRL, group of companies, which was created as a division specialized in the administration of vacation properties, called Tourist Condominiums. Our forte is to create high standards of service in the administration and management of residential projects developed by WLHRE Construction, an integral part of our group of companies. Our vision and service proposal is comprehensive, going beyond the regular operation of property maintenance, creating well-being and quality of life for our clients
OUR SERVICES
Administration of Tourist Condominiums
We manage and administer the resources and needs of the residential complex, with the main objective of guaranteeing the correct operation and maintenance of the common areas, as well as the security and well-being of the residents. We guarantee efficiency in the use of the budget, the contracting and supervision of suppliers, the resolution of conflicts between residents, the organization of assemblies, among others.
Rental Pool
We manage the best profitability in the rental pool program for our clients thanks to the expertise of our collaborators, creating savings and investment opportunities. In this way, property owners can obtain a return on the rental of their properties without having to directly manage and maintain them. Our Rental Pool division is in charge of promotion, reservations, cleaning, maintenance and customer service.
